How to Program Battery LCD Control Panel

These are the steps provided for the setting of the Battery cell configuration & Display Voltage.  Settings can be changed to suit your Battery Cell configuration & Voltage.

This LCD display is Not a Battery Management System (BMS) !

Firstly a long press of the Function button, Enters into the setting interface - now it should show 1 (which is correct).

If it shows 2, you can cycle back too 1 by pressing the button, press 2,3,4,5 then back to 1.

Keep it at 1 and enter into the setting interface by pressing the power button. It now shows L = Lithium-ion battery.

Press the button again it will change to P which means Lead Acid battery, press again it will change to F, = Lithium-iron Phosphate battery, choose F.

Then press the button again and enter into the battery strings setting, if it shows 2, it means 2 strings. Now press the button to 16 strings for the 48V Battery, it should be F16.

The 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 settings:

1. Select built-in pre-set battery specification: lithium-ion (L), lead-acid (P), lithium-iron Phosphate (F) battery.

2. LCD Screen OFF/ON, set Delay shut-down Time to 10, 30, 60 or 120 seconds.

3. Set the Lower & Upper voltage of percentage 0 to 100% can be customised.

4. Buzzer switch and Alarm value setting.

5. Calibrate the instrument voltage again.

Voltage calibration, when the display is delivered.

4 and 5 are generally set by the display factory.
