LGC's are Large-scale Generation Certificates are for large solar Arrays over 100kWh.
REC's are Renewable Energy Credit, 1 STC = 1 REC, they are the same power value, the difference between them is how much they can be sold for.
REC's is a measurement of renewable energy that are traded or sold.
