Semi-Commercial Bio-Gas Digester Systems.

Problem (CON)       Solution (PRO)
When we filter and pump our septic waste out to sea or bury our Organic waste, the Methane is still released into the Atmosphere.   Install a Bio-Digester(s) and capture this FREE clean Bio-Gas, then use it to Heat or power your premises, or  Compress the Bio-Gas for Later Usage.

15m3 Bio-Digester is ideal for Organic & Livestock Waste.

The Waste matter must be Organic and chopped as small as suitable, as Bio-Gas (Methane) is only produced as organic matter slowly Decays & Rises to the top of the Digester Bag, and this size System is ideally suited for any human & other Animal Faeces.

Cost Start from *AU$4'000 for the basic 15m3 Bio-Digester Kit with S/Steel Sink & Fittings. Additional equipment like Circulation & Maserator Pumps (shown below), and Heaters, Bio-Gas Generators etc. are additional cost's.

Why not Capture your own FREE Clean Burning Resource to Power, Heat or operate equipment for Yourself.

We sell two Residential Bio-gas Plants in kit form for those wanting to make there mark on the planet!

  1. BioGas Kits comprise of a green house type outer shell, made with hollow sunlight sheeting and mental supporting frame, a membrane digester with a gas storage bag combined in one, a stainless steel sink, a stainless steel outlet, a bio-gas filter and a bio-gas booster pump etc. (see below).
  2. The single larger 15m3 Bio-Digester module kit comes packed in Crates;
    • Total Digester Weight: 85 kg (empty)
    • Module Output: Biogas and Clean natural liquid fertilizer.
    • Minimum Ambient Temperature: 10°C.
      (in colder temperatures, digester goes to sleep, unless Heater used, or temperature increases)
    • Nominal gas pressure: 0.12bar
    • Gas Flow: ≥36±1 L/min
    • Dimensions 15m3 Unit: 280cm Diameter x 250cm High.
    • Space of green house: 15m3 (Digester bag expands to shape)
    • Volume of digester: *5m3.
    • Volume of gas storage: *10m3, above organic material & liquid.
  3. The 15m3 Bio-Digester Kit cost starts from US$3'000 +shipping & import fees, comes with;
    • Dehydrator container, traps moisture from Digester.
    • Desulfurizer Filter, removes sulphur smell from bio-gas.
    • Bio-gas booster pump: 240V, 15W±10%, pressurises the Gas for use.
  4. Optional Equipment;
    • Bio-gas Hose, low pressure Gauge & fittings.
    • Biogas Fermentation Bacterial, starter material.
    • 2 litre, Biogas Rice cooker.
    • Biogas Stove with double burner.
    • Biogas lamp with Lighter.
    • Circulating pump (240V, 125W, Single phase) including pipe and flange.
    • Sewage pump with knife (240V, 1.1KW, Single phase).
    • Biogas Generator 1.50kW~2.50kW, 240V 50Hz as required.
    • 20 litre Food waste shredder (240V, 3KW, Single phase).
    • Electric Heater (50cm x 50cm, Max. Power: 125W, 5 temperature adjustments).
    • Additional PVC bio-gas storage bags PX-CQD-HY05 5m3, to store additional Biogas, for Compressing or GenSet usage.
    • Ultrasonic bio-gas flow meter BF-2000.
    • etc., All these items and more can add up to over US$3'000

For a system that over produces Bio-gas, Compressing the Bio-gas into standard LPG bottles, is a good way to have reserve bank of Green @Call Energy as needed, commonly during extended bad weather or in the wee hours of the Morning, if you have a Bio-gas Generator and an Hybrid Inverter with AGS function.

Features

1) Safety Feature
There is no safety problem of the bio-gas digester, because they have been thoroughly tested, these bio-gas digesters are safe, because the proportion of bio-gas and air will not meet in explosive conditions.

2) No Smell from Digester
There is no smell for the unit, because the membrane is double off in the digester, and totally closed, it can be thermal insulation to get more bio-gas. The bio-gas fermentation process is happened in the sealed membrane digester and bio-gas is collected, desulfurized and to be used, so there is no smell from the unit.

3) Temperature for Waste Fermentation
Normal temperature: 10~30 Celsius
Middle temperature: 30~35 Celsius
Higher temperature: 50~55 Celsius
Note: The temperatures do not go higher than 60 Celsius, or the micro bacteria will be killed.

You can even Store the Bio-Gas into a LPG pressure vessel, LPG Tank of any size are suitable, all you need is an air compressor.

However, you can directly plumb the low-pressure (1/3 atmosphere) line from the Digested into what ever equipment you want to use, the compressing of your bio-gas, simply provides you with additional gas storage if run short of organics material or you can not consume the gas as it is generated, where it is normally vented into the atmosphere via the low pressure release valve fitted between the digester and the first quick turn valve before the scrubber.

NB: If the Methane/Gas Smells, it is an indication that there is Hydrogen-Sulphides in the Methane, that is not good when storing compressed Gas in Metal LPG steel tanks, as Hydrogen-Sulphides are corrosive.  So, If the gas smells like rotten eggs, this is the first indication you need to replace the Scrubber before compressing the Methane.

As such you only need to replace the Scrubber, a scrubber should be made of non corrosive vessel jammed tight with steel wool.
