Mobile Dual Axis-solar Tracker & Portable Power Stations.

This is our first Mobile Solar Power Station build, it will be Towed to QLD, Parked and set-up to Power Two, Two Bedroom Mobile Cabins on an un-powered Beach-front site !

The Trailer is fitted with a 5kW On-Grid Hybrid Inverter, 30.72kWh (2x 15.36kWh) of Energy Storage and the Customers 6kW Caged Generator to provide 24/7 Power security !

We are currently Manufacturing a bespoke 4 Panel Slide-out Solar Racking with Two Fixed 720W Solar Panels in the centre, and a 720W Slide-out Solar Panels on each side, providing a 2.88kW Solar Array.

This Behind the Meter Power Station, this is exactly what all Solar & Battery Systems are, before being connected into the State Grid if it's there.

It is legal to connect this Power Station to any Premises using a 32A Wall Plug or 15A Wall Plug, as it is no difference to a common fixed Solar system with Batteries.

If you want to Export Power into the State Grid, you need to do this Legally by using an ON-Grid inverter with Anti-islanding function, in other words, an Inverter is NOT allowed to Export Power into the State Grid unless it has Anti-islanding function, as if the State Grid has an outage, Workers repairing the lines miles down the road can be Electrocuted by Voltage been illegally Exported !

Split Toolbox Trailer dimensions, for Manufacturing a Mast Hinge.	This bespoke Mast Hinge is currently being manufactured, and will be installed between the Toolboxes, to Raise & Lower the Panel Racking for Transportation.	Batteries fitted onto a commercial 4x Wheeled Battery Trolley.

Installed a Hinge on a sheet of Marine Plywood, that just makes it easier to install the Inverter.	Testing the Hinge & Inverter Clearance, to give easy access to wiring.	Battery & Inverter Installed.

2x 15.36kWh (30.72kWh) 300Ah, XD LiFePO4 Batteries Wired in Parallel, and Operational.	Power Distribution Board for Generator input & multiple 240V Output Power.	This is a standard 3x Panel Slide-out Solar Racking, that we are getting Converted into 4x 720W Slide-out Solar Racking.
